Testimonial of a Client who Purchased a Condo in Mezcales
Needless to say Dyani understood us and knew exactly what we were looking for. She suggested we look at a development in the Mezcales area but also was very willing to show us multiple places in different areas of both PV and parts of Nayarit including some places that we had found that she probably really would have preferred not to. She did this in a very organized manner with great communication and had spent quite a bit of time prior to our arrival to check out places for us. Needless to say Dyani is very thorough, organized and goes out of her way to try and understand exactly what her client is looking for. She had also sent us itineraries for the days we would be in the area and had everything in place prior to our arrival.
Needless to say Dyani managed to find pretty much exactly what we were looking for with the first place she suggested in Mezcales at the Araquuna development. We did get a little lucky that we ended up in a not so great Airbnb downtown so when I decided to switch locations I saw one that I recognized as Araquuna and managed to book it for the rest of trip so we got a bit of a test run of the development prior to making an offer. We ended up loving it there and after looking at the other places we had planned to look at we decided Araquuna was ideal for us. We did run into some complications as we were returning to the PV area shortly after this for a family trip and being over the holidays it made things difficult to get the process completed. Add in us struggling on which size unit, which building, changing our minds a few times and having a difficult time actually pulling the trigger as this was a big decision for us. This made for quite a bit of extra work for Dyani but she was able to help ease our stress and also work with the developer to give us much more time than was originally agreed upon. Dyani did this without complaint although I'm quite certain it was a lot of extra work for her.
This review is getting lengthy and I could go on and on singing Dyani's praises so I will sum it up this way. If you're looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Vallarta area you won't regret working with Dyani Leal. She knows the entire area well including areas you may not even consider, is incredibly thorough with the fastest communication skills of about anyone I've ever met and does this in a very professional and friendly manner. Not only did Dyani do a great job for us but we also feel like like we have met a good friend as well. There is zero chance we would have found this development or made this purchase without Dyani's help. Thank you so much for all your hard work, time and effort you put in for us.
